Insurance Disclosure

This disclosure applies to Members, Partners/Owners, and any vehicle listed or assigned through Private Car Rentals (“PCR”).

1. Limited Coverage — State-Minimum Liability Only (If Required)

PCR provides only the minimum automobile liability insurance coverage required by applicable state law, if and to the extent required. This limited liability coverage (if applicable) is not a substitute for Member or Partner insurance and may not apply to all uses, drivers, situations, or jurisdictions.

2. No Other Insurance Coverage Provided

Except for the limited state-minimum liability coverage described above (if applicable), PCR does not provide insurance of any kind, including but not limited to: collision, comprehensive, medical payments, personal injury protection (PIP), uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM), roadside assistance, loss-of-use, rental reimbursement, or any other coverages unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Member Insurance Responsibility

• Members must maintain valid automobile insurance at their sole expense and comply with all legal requirements.
• Members must ensure coverage is sufficient for their intended use, including any required endorsements for rideshare, delivery, courier, or employment-related use (where applicable).
• If a Member’s insurer denies coverage for any reason (including use exclusions), the Member remains responsible.

4. Partner / Owner Insurance Responsibility

• Partners/Owners must maintain at least state-minimum liability insurance for each listed vehicle at their sole expense.
• Partners/Owners must provide proof of coverage upon request and keep policies active without lapse.
• Any cancellations, expirations, insufficient limits, exclusions, or denials remain the responsibility of the Partner/Owner.

5. Proof of Insurance and Compliance

PCR may require proof of insurance from Members and/or Partners at any time. Vehicles may be removed from public listing or assignment, and Members may be suspended, if required proof is missing, expired, or non-compliant.
